How Scholarships Are Awarded
Teddy's Fund awards financial assistance to students with particular need. Scholarships are typically awarded in addition to financial aid received from larger institutions. Scholarships are available to students who have experienced hardship or are currently in situations that prevent them from affording certain educational options.
To apply, please fill out the application form and email to info@teddysfund.org with the subject line "[LAST NAME] student application." Detailed instructions can be found in the form.
Please attach any additional documents requested in the form or additional information that may be relevant to your application.
Schools are not limited to 4-year programs. All applicants and schools will be considered.
Please note that awarded scholarships are for the current year only. Reapplication will be required each year.
501C3 charities may also be considered to receive funds if deemed appropriate. If you seek charitable funds, please fill out this form. Please be as descriptive as possible.
If chosen to be a Teddy's Fund recipient, we ask that you continue the legacy of helping others in need.
To further aid deserving students, Teddy's Fund relies on continued donations and support from previous recipients, their families and their networks. All gifts, large or small, make a difference. Every dollar donated will be matched 5:1 by the Gmelich family.
